2011 Private-Public Partnership Decisions to Improve Conservation Planning on America's Forestlands

American Forest Foundation (March 23) - Last week, the American Forest Foundation (AFF) and the US Department of Agriculture's Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) developed a national model management template that will make it easier for America's family forest owners to access federal financial assistance programs administered by NRCS under the Farm Bill. Financial assistance helps landowners and managers improve forest management on the ground.
